Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Reflect on effective Leadership and how the qualities and attributes translate into day-to-day behaviors
- Compare the qualities and attributes to yourself to determine your key strengths and areas where you would like to grow and develop
- Assess your organization and its readiness for change
- Apply the SWITCH model to facilitate change in your organization
- Apply analysis tools
- Apply the principles you learn and the information you receive from your colleagues online to improve your work and plan next steps in your own development.
- Identify key stakeholders internally and externally and analyze their potential impact and commitment
- Use a set of key questions to understand your stakeholders more deeply
- Develop an effective plan to engage your stakeholders
- Communicate your mission, practice model, expected outcomes and vision to gain the commitment and enrollment of your stakeholders for the work that needs to be done.
- Apply the principles you learn and the information you receive from your colleagues online to improve your work and plan next steps in your own development.
