Learning Objectives

 At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Reflect on effective Leadership and how the qualities and attributes translate into day-to-day behaviors
  2. Compare the qualities and attributes to yourself to determine your key strengths and areas where you would like to grow and develop
  3. Assess your organization and its readiness for change
  4. Apply the SWITCH model to facilitate change in your organization
  5. Apply analysis tools
  6. Apply the principles you learn and the information you receive from your colleagues online to improve your work and plan next steps in your own development.
  7. Identify key stakeholders internally and externally and analyze their potential impact and commitment
  8. Use a set of key questions to understand your stakeholders more deeply
  9. Develop an effective plan to engage your stakeholders
  10. Communicate your mission, practice model, expected outcomes and vision to gain the commitment and enrollment of your stakeholders for the work that needs to be done.
  11. Apply the principles you learn and the information you receive from your colleagues online to improve your work and plan next steps in your own development.
